Alpine Ash Mountain Retreat has two modern brick accommodation lodges, each containing 34 beds divided between seven interior rooms.
Each lodge has one of its rooms set up as a 'leaders room' which has three beds and a private ensuite.
The other bedrooms are serviced by two bathrooms, each having 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 vanity basins.
Each lodge is heated by two space heaters, one at each end of the lodge, which are quite capable of keeping the rooms cosy and warm.
These buildings are on the same level as the Mountain Ash room and dining and kitchen building.
The Olympic Village comprises of eight 2 bedroom units used as accommodation by athletes and media at the Sydney Olympic games. Each unit sleeps 10
(5 beds in each room), has its own bathroom with shower and vanity basin, and a separate toilet room. The units are heated by two wall mounted heaters
(one in each room), which keep the rooms a very comfortable temperature for sleeping in.
These buildings are also on the same level as the Mountain Ash room and dining and kitchen building.
